Good Books for Moms, Wives, and Women.

My love for reading has only grown over the years. Admittedly, I have never been drawn to fiction. If you need some inspiration, here is a list of good books for moms (but also for wives or just women in general). No one wants to waste their precious time looking for a good book. Just pick from the list below and start reading!

When to read?

I know sometimes finding time to read as a mom can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. However, I would strongly encourage you to search that haystack until you find that needle! During the newborn stage, I was listening to audiobooks during middle of the night feedings. I now sometimes read in the early morning hours. This is usually done while pumping or drinking a cup of coffee before others wake up. My husband really enjoys reading before bed. I find that it is too easy for me to fall asleep at that time, but that may work great for you!

What to read?

No matter when or where you choose to read, the content is what matters. Finding good books for moms to read can take some time and that precious time could be spent reading. Below is a list of good books I would recommend for most moms, wives, and women in general.

Depending on the content, reading can provide encouragement, entertainment or education. It should be said that if you have limited time for reading, I would recommend you prioritize reading your Bible. I have used the YouVersion Bible app and ESV Bible app for quick access to reading plans. There is no amount of wisdom that the list of books below can provide you that outweighs reading the Bible!
